The Lincoln Park Pacers Running Club is one of Chicago's larger running clubs. We run in Lincoln Park along Chicago's beautiful lakefront running path - all year round - rain or shine. Since 1984, the Lincoln Park Pacers have been dedicated to the personal fitness goals of our members, whether they are recreational runners or competitive marathoners. We also pride ourselves in being an active social organization and host various club events, including fun runs, ethnic dinners, holiday parties, and volunteer events.
Our regularly scheduled fun runs are held twice a week and start and end at the CARA notice board at Diversey and the running path in Lincoln Park. These runs are typically 5 miles, but some members will at times run 3 to 6 miles. All of our fun runs are followed by food, drink and socializing at a local eatery.
